Please Read All Guidelines Before Booking

• Payments: Only Zelle and cash are accepted. Please bring the exact amount in cash, as I do not carry change. Please do not pay the full balance through my site.

• Coupons: Discounts do not apply to hair or add-ons.

• Deposit: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total service cost. No deposit, no appointment.

• Cancellation & Late Fees:

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. If you cancel after this, you will be charged half the remaining balance of your service.

• There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll owe half of the remaining balance.

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule once within the same month without another deposit. After that, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If we have to reschedule during your appointment for any reason (where the client is at fault) there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.

• Cancellation After Rescheduling: Cancelling after rescheduling will result in being charged the full remaining balance of your service. Please respect my time and others—those slots could have gone to someone else.

• No Call No Show: No-shows will be charged the full amount of your service and will not be allowed to book future appointments. Please be considerate.

• Availability: Book a day when you’re free to stay for the full duration of your service. All loc styles are pretty lengthy, and I will not rush my work.

• Same Day, Squeeze-In, and After-Hour Appointments: These are available for a $75 fee.

• Next Day Appointments: Must be booked by 4 PM the day before and approved by me if hair is included in style or if you want me to provide your hair.

• Appointments 5+ Hours: Must be scheduled before 12 PM. Any appointment after 12 PM is considered after-hours and includes a $75 fee.

• Appointments After 3 PM: Will be treated as after-hour appointments, regardless of length.

Important Information:

• Hair Payment: Full payment for hair is required upfront for all styles.

• Male Clients: Contact me before booking any style with weave. Prices vary due to head size and time requirements, expect an additional $50-$75 charge to your style if you have a full head of hair for any style adding hair.

• Hair Requirements: If your hair is thin, shorter than 4-6 inches, or has hair loss, please send a photo before booking. Hair must be washed, blow-dried, and free of oils, dyes, or products.

• No Hoodies: Please no hoodies when booking “Textured Locs” these have to be measured and that cannot be done properly if you have on a hood.

• Photo/Video Consent: By booking, you consent to having your photo or video captured. Your face can be blurred upon request.

• Failure to Follow Instructions: Non-compliance may result in a fee or appointment cancellation.

• Breaks: For styles over 5 hours, breaks will be incorporated for my mental and physical well-being. Thank you for your understanding.
